Volunteers needed for ACS fashion show
CANFIELD
The American Cancer Society is seeking volunteers to help with its inaugural fashion show in August.
Adult volunteers are needed to help organize the event, to model clothing and to assist on show day.
The event will include a luncheon, a shopping boutique and a raffle.

Church schedules valentine event
NEW WATERFORD
East Fairfield United Methodist Church, 45675 Ohio 558, will host Community Christian Women on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14.
The song leader, Norma Nulf, will present the program. She will show pictures of her trip to Israel.
The meeting will begin with a luncheon at 12:30 p.m. for a donation of $6.

Rich Center names new board member
Jackson
YOUNGSTOWN
The Rich Center for Autism at Youngstown State University recently named Brian Jackson of Girard to its board of directors.
Jackson is vice president and chief information officer at Farmer’s National Bank.
Jackson earned a degree from Youngstown State University, where he studied computer science and mathematics.
He and his wife, Candace, have three sons, Brian, Christopher and Jonathan. Jonathan is on the autism spectrum and attended the Rich Center for three years.
