Cody Dillon had a monster night, scoring a career-best 37 points on Friday night. The Tigers (8-2, 1-1 AAC Blue) started the game on a 16-0 run and allowed only six first-quarter points for the Golden Flashs (2-10,1-3 AAC Blue). Dillon hit 7-of-9 attempts from long range, one shy of his career records, and also brought down six rebounds. Tyler Kernan had 18 points and Matt Brazin added 16 for Newton Falls. Clay Hall had 18 points for Champion, while Ross Farmer and Matt Heiligenberg each added 14 points.
Struthers 76, Salem 51
SALEM
Nate Jacubec scored 26 points and his brother Jake had 15 for Struthers (10-1, 4-0 All-American Conference White Tier), which outscored Salem 38-18 over the second and third quarters. Adam Ryczaj had 13 points in the win. For Salem (6-4, 1-1), Jake Madison and Ryan Wolfgang each had 14 and Taylor Frederickson 11.

Tyler Duez led the Eagles (6-5, 1-2 AAC White) with 12 points, followed by Mike Lopuchovsky and Nick Shelton with nine apiece. For the Leopards (5-7, 0-3), Jamaal Daniel led with 12 points while Jaylen Mann scored 10.

T.J. Lanier scored 19 points for the Tigers (8-4, 4-0 AAC Red). Josh Davis added nine points. Bobby Marino provided almost half of the offense for the Red Dragons (6-7, 1-2). Ray Russ added 10 points.

Jake Ferrier had a career-high 21 points to go with seven rebounds for Canfield (2-10, 1-1 AAC Red), which outscored the Beavers 24-14 in the fourth quarter to pull away. Danny Campolito added 20 points and Will Yobi 11. For Beaver Local (0-11, 0-3), Ryan Smith scored 23 with nine rebounds, Troy Hudson had 12 points and Nick Miller had 10 points and six assists.

Andy Lacefield and Jordan Baker each scored 15 points for the Raiders, who improved to 8-2 overall and 6-1 in the Inter-Tri County League Tier 1. Mike Thorpe pulled down a game-high 12 rebounds and added six points for South Range. The Rams (0-12, 0-8) scored only two points in the second quarter and four in the third. They were paced by Jeff Marsolo’s nine points.

Nick Russell led the Tigers (7-4, 5-2 ITCL Tier One) with 23 points. Brad Ferraro netted 12 points while Tommy Mastran had 11. For the Eagles (3-8, 2-5), Tyler Dunn scored 13 points.

Danny Reese scored 17 points and made five assists as the Cardinals (6-4) won on their home court. Ryan Farragher contributed nine points and four steals while P.J. Quinn had six points and five rebounds. For the Cowboys (2-7), Marquise Stoutemire scored 10 points and Philip Hudson eight.

MCDONALD
Five McDonald players scored in the double figures and kept the Blue Devils undefeated. Senior Justin Rota led all scorers with 17 points. Joining him were Matthias Tayala with 16, Steven Politano with 15 and Louie Rongi and Tony Ingalls with 11 apiece. The victory puts the Blue Devils at 11-0 overall and 6-0 in the Inter-Tri County League’s Tier 2. The leading scorer for Western Reserve (1-12, 1-&) was John Rosati, who scored 14 points.

WARREN
Harding used a 24-point third quarter spurt to turn a slight 20-16 advantage at the break into a 44-31 cushion entering the final eight minutes. Craig McFerrin had 20 points and Tre Brown added 16 more for Harding (9-1). Euclid is 6-5.

Jimmy Howley had a team-high nine points for Brookfield, who improved to 7-4 on the year. Three more players, Preston Sirochman, Jeremy Quinlan and Collin Harkulich, each had eight points.
Bristol 56, Badger 54
BRISTOLVILLE
Josh Double scored 18 points and Andrew Holko added 16 more for Bristol, who won their second game of the year and in the Northeastern Athletic Conference. Kyle Meyers had 12 points for Badger.
Lordstown 56, Ledgemont 52
LORDSTOWN
Steven Cribley had 17 points, Mike Shaffer 16 and Anthony Kirsch 11 to lead Lordstown (6-6, 3-3 Northeastern Athletic Conference), which survived a late rally to hold on. Charlie Prince had 22 for Ledgemont (5-6, 3-3), which took a 3-point lead in the fourth quarter before the Red Devils scored the final seven points.

Emily Seman scored 16 points and pulled down 11 rebounds to keep the Raiders (12-2, 7-1 ITCL Tier One) in second place, a game behind United. Tab Stanton scored 11 points while Gab Naples had eight rebounds and three assists. Abby Ausnehmer made five steals. For the Rams (7-6, 3-5), Abby Riffee scored 11 points and made two assists.
