Okla. Judge: Man to stand trial in 4 deaths

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — An Oklahoma judge has ordered a man to stand trial in the shooting deaths of a former reality star and three other women.

Friday’s decision came at the end of a preliminary hearing for David Tyner, who’s accused of killing Brooke Phillips, a prostitute featured on the HBO reality series “Cathouse” and three other people.

Phillips had worked at the Moonlite BunnyRanch, a legal brothel near Carson City, Nev., that is featured in the HBO reality show “Cathouse.” Because Phillips and Milagrous Barrera were pregnant, Tyner faces six counts of first-degree murder.

The 29-year-old man has pleaded not guilty.
