Cars parked on Youngstown streets may be towed

YOuNGSTOWN

The city’s public works department has declared a snow emergency until further notice.

During a snow emergency, parking is prohibited on all streets except those with a width of 25 feet or less and having no driveway parking available.

All vehicles parking in violation of the snow emergency are subject to being towed at the expense of the owner.
