Cally Wollet scored 15 points and Kaitlin Kaleel had 11 for Canfield (15-5), which led 11-4 after the first quarter. The Cardinals made 20 of 37 from the field and outrebounded Massillon 36-26. Canfield will meet Canton McKinley at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in a district semifinal. Chandler Bureh had 11 points for the Tigers (13-9), who shot just 13 of 49 from the field.

Ameryst Alston scored 21 points for the defending state champions, who led 19-3 after one quarter. Gabby Kendall also had 21 for the Bulldogs (22-0). Lesa Monet Oliver had 17 points and Chelsea Bennett eight for the Panthers (8-14).
DIVISION II
Struthers 57, Southeast 40
AUSTINTOWN
Amanda Ditman scored eight of her 13 points in the second half and Struthers (18-4) pulled away over the last 16 minutes, outscoring Southeast 36-22 after halftime. Marissa Hird added 12 points for the top-seeded Wildcats, who won last year’s district title and will meet Poland in Thursday’s district semifinal. Emily Harsh scored 14 points for the Pirates.

Maura Bobby led the Bulldogs (14-7) with nine points in the sectional final at Fitch High. Abby Frank and Kelsey Malenic each scored eight points. For the Quakers (5-16), Cassie Davidson scored nine points.

MINERAL RIDGE
Mackenzie Kiser led the Golden Flashes (17-5) with 18 points in the sectional final. For Garfield, Kendall Morrison led with eight points.

Lauren Ketterman’s 16 points included four 3-pointers for the Bears (11-10) who advance to a district semifinal game against top-seeded Lowellville. Clarissa Perkins scored nine points and Nicole Mann eight. For the Tigers (10-12), Shauntae Dillard made nine baskets for 18 points.

Ashley Moore scored 16 points and Rachel Durbin added 11 for the Rockets (22-0), who outscored Columbiana 26-7 in the second half to pull away. Hayley Goist had 11 points and Khylea Fullum 10 points and 11 rebounds for the Clippers (8-14).
