Phantoms defeat Steel in shootout

YOUNGSTOWN — Danny Mattson and Cody Strang scored shootout goals against Chicago Steel goaltender Connor Wilson as the Youngstown Phantoms won their third straight game, 2-1.

Jordan Tibbett stopped 27 shots as the Phantoms climbed to within two points of fifth-place Team USA.
