No. 17 Green Bay 75,

GREEN BAY, Wis.

Celeste Hoewisch and Lydia Bauer had 13 points apiece, and Green Bay wrapped up the outright Horizon League championship. Green Bay (26-1, 15-0) has won outright or shared the conference’s regular-season crown for 13 consecutive years, the longest streak in the nation. The Phoenix celebrated by donning black shirts with the number 13. Julie Wojta had 10 points and 11 rebounds for the Phoenix, recording her eighth double-double of the season. Stefanie Lange had 11 points and eight rebounds for Valparaiso (7-21, 4-12).

No. 4 Tennessee 66,

Mississippi 39

OXFORD, Miss.

Tennessee was awarded the victory when a stormy night led to water spilling into the floor with 5:24 left in the game. Players were running downcourt on a fast break when Mississippi’s Kenyotta Jenkins crashed to the floor in the middle of the water and play was halted.

No. 9 Duke 71, Virginia 48

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va.

Jasmine Thomas had 18 points, five rebounds and five assists for Duke. Ataira Franklin led Virginia with 15 points.

No. 12 Miami 84,

No. 14 Florida State 68

CORAL GABLES, Fla.

Shenise Johnson had 25 points and Miami put away Florida State with an 18-0 run late in the second half. Morgan Stroman scored 19 points and Riquna Williams finished with 18 for the Hurricanes, while Courtney Ward led Florida State with 19.

Georgia Tech 64,

No. 13 North Carolina 57

CHAPEL HILL, N.C.

Alex Montgomery scored 15 of her 22 points in the first half to lead Georgia Tech over North Carolina. Italee Lucas and Chay Shegog had 13 points apiece for North Carolina, which committed 22 turnovers.

No. 15 Maryland 61,

Virginia Tech 48

COLLEGE PARK, Md.

Alyssa Thomas scored 15 points, Lynetta Kizer had 11 points and 12 rebounds for Maryland, which has won six straight against Virginia Tech since 2005. Brittany Gordon had 11 points and 10 rebounds for the Hokies.

No. 20 Kentucky 55, Arkansas 54

LEXINGTON, Ky.

A’dia Mathies made a layup with 4.4 seconds left to give Kentucky the win. Mathies held the ball at the top of the key during Kentucky’s final possession. She drove and hit a contested shot from the left side to give the Wildcats their first lead in over 12 minutes.

Auburn 63, No. 22 Georgia 58.

ATHENS, Ga.

Alli Smalley scored 22 points, including a tiebreaking three-point play, and Morgan Jennings and Blanche Alverson each had 10 points for Auburn (15-13, 8-7). Smalley added four steals and five assists. Freshman Khaalidah Miller made six 3-pointers and finished with 20 points for Georgia (20-8, 10-5).

MEN

No. 4 Pittsburgh 71,

West Virginia 58

PITTSBURGH

Lamar Patterson scored the first five points of the second half in sparking a decisive run that led Pittsburgh over West Virginia. Nasir Robinson scored 15 to help Pitt (25-3, 13-2) take another step toward clinching the Big East conference title. Patterson finished with a career-best 11 points, while enjoying extra playing time due to an injury to Talib Zanna and after Gilbert Brown ran into foul trouble late in the first half. Brad Wanamaker had a balanced game for the Panthers with 11 points, eight assists and seven rebounds. Pitt bounced back from a 60-59 loss at St. John’s last weekend and moved two wins ahead of second-place Notre Dame. Casey Mitchell scored 22 for the Mountaineers (17-9, 8-7), who failed to build off the momentum of their 72-58 win over the Fighting Irish last weekend. West Virginia has dropped six of its past 11 after opening the season 12-4.

Marquette 74,

No. 14 Connecticut 67, OT

HARTFORD, Conn.

Darius Johnson-Odom scored nine of his 17 points in overtime to lead Marquette over Connecticut, which played without coach Jim Calhoun on the bench. Jimmy Butler added 16 points for the Golden Eagles, while Kemba Walker led the Huskies with 27.

No. 13 Florida 71, Georgia 62

GAINESVILLE, Fla.

Kenny Boynton scored 18 points, including three consecutive 3-pointers in the second half that helped the Gators take control. Travis Leslie led the Bulldogs with 20 points and six rebounds.
