Black History Month festival Saturday in Warren


WARREN

The 6th Ward Community Coalition will have its second annual Black History Month festival from noon until 5 p.m. Saturday at Christ Our King Church, 1000 Tod Ave. SW.

Youngstown Mayor Jay Williams will deliver the keynote speech at 2 p.m.

The event is free.

There will be singing, storytelling and discussions on the Underground Railroad, the seven principles of Kwanzaa, black-American firsts in the Mahoning Valley and a black-history trivia contest.
