BOARDMAN — The United States Postal Service is proposing changes to the delivery standard and the processing of the mail, including closing the Youngstown facility and moving mail-processing operations to Pittsburgh.
The public is encouraged to attend a public meeting from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Boardman High School's Performing Arts Center, 7777 Glenwood Ave., to see what changes can be expected if the operations are moved.
