League members working on voter guide

The League of Women Voters of Trumbull County sponsored a basket raffle at Cortland’s “Summer Sizzle” Aug. 5 to raise money to print its “Voter Information Guide.” The guide identifies candidates, upcoming ballot issues and candidates’ views on those issues. Winner of the basket was Marjorie Haidet of Youngstown. The league is still accepting donations for the guide. Donations are tax-deductible.
