Union says it has YSU’s final, best offer

A spokeswoman for the union representing Youngstown State University faculty says YSU’s administration has given the union a final best offer.

The spokeswoman, Sherry Linkon, is scheduled to speak with the press about the offer at a 5:30 p.m. briefing at University Circle on campus.
