YOUNGSTOWN
Police are investigating an accident in which a car was traveling east on Lucius Avenue and crashed into a house at 540 E. Lucius Ave. about 2:30 a.m. today. The driver, Allison Whittaker, 40, of Youngstown, and passengers, Jeremy Everhart, 27, of Youngstown and Bethany Hammell, 24, of Youngstown, were taken to Northside Hospital.
