Two women were robbed at gunpoint as they sat in their car on 14th Street, police said.
A 35-year-old Girard woman and a 26-year-old Struthers woman were in the car at 9:10 p.m. Wednesday when a man came to the driver’s side window, police said.
The man pointed a gun at them and demanded their purses, which they gave him, the report said.
The man fled with the purses. One contained $20 and a digital camera. The other contained $180, a cash advance card and a cell phone.
