FORT MYERS, FLA.
Ron Silvashy and his bride, the former Rhiannon Decker, live in Fort Myers, where they were united in marriage on Dec. 21 at the Veranda and where they also greeted guests during a reception.
The couple, who are unfranchised business owners, exchanged nuptial vows during a 4 p.m. ceremony officiated by the Rev. David Essel.
Parents of the bride are Jim and Nita Decker of Sautee, Ga., and the groom’s parents are Scott and Susan Silvashy of Canfield.
Black gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Shannon Hardin, and the bridesmaids, Heidi Taulman and Kristin Commorato. Flower girls were Samantha Reidenbach, daughter of the bride, and Isabella Commorato.
Sharing the duties of best man were Ryan Silvashy, the groom’s brother, and Nick Lisotto, in absentia. Groomsmen were T.J. Hughes, Mitchell Fusek and Rick Joreitz, and the bride’s brothers, Jesse Ranke and Daniel Suarez, in absentia.
The couple will be honored at a postnuptial reception in May.
