Tuesday, October 26, 2010

WARREN — Three boys arrested Sunday, after one of them allegedly pointed a BB gun at a store employee who confronted them about reportedly stealing bottles of pop, are being detained in the Trumbull County Juvenile Justice Center.

The boys, ages 13, 15 and 16, were brought before Juvenile Magistrate Monte Horton on Monday for a detention hearing at the justice center on South Main Avenue.

Horton ruled the boys would be detained until their plea hearing in about 10 days.
