Lowellville on top, 30-18

LOWELLVILLE

Randy Pavlicko scored three second-quarter touchdowns to lead Lowellville over Leetonia 30-18 in an ITCL Tier Two game Friday.

After a scoreless first quarter, Pavlicko scored on runs of 6, 1 and 7 yards to give the Rockets (5-4, 3-3) a 22-12 lead a the break.

Tony Schialdon scored from the 1 to afford Lowellville a 30-12 front in the third.

Geno Tkach ran 24 times for 129 yards as Lowellville gained 281 yards on 51 carries.

Leetonia (2-7, 1-5) got touchdowns from R.J. Pacella (30 an 19 yard runs) and Brandon Dattilio (75 kickoff return).

Southern 34, Sebring 6

SALIneville

Trey Griffith caught 3 passes for 104 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Indians. Griffith scored on a 65 yard pass and a 34 yard pass, both from quarterback Jake Boyle, setting the single season receiving record at Southern Local.

Zac Puckett and Brett Hunt each scored rushing touchdowns for the Indians, while Mike Hipsley scored on a 35 yard fumble recovery.

No individual statistics were provided for Sebring.

Crestview 68, Lisbon 6

Lisbon

Carter Hill supplied 303 yards of Crestview’s 611 total yards of offense, and was involved in four touchdowns for the Rebels. Hill scored the first points of the game on a 48 yard run.

Nick Blower scored two touchdowns on 5 carries for 123 yards, while Andrew Mayer, Craig Lower, Colin Gilbert, and Matt Hardenbrook each had rushing touchdowns for Crestview.

Bobby Breault, Adam Coppock, and Kody Simpson each caught touchdown passes from Hill.

United 34, Springfield 21

NEW MIDDLETOWN

Quarterback Josh McLaughlin accumulated 397 yards of total offense to lead United (6-3, 4-2 Tier One).

McLaughlin ran 21 times for 175 yards and a 13-yard touchdown.

He completed 12 of 20 passes for 222 yards and hit Ryan Powell for two touchdowns covering 11 and 52 yards.

McLaughlin also found Garrett Beach and Josh Miller for scoring aerials of 24 and 20 yards, respectively.

Tommy Mastran ran 20 times for 97 yards for the Tigers 3-6, 1-5) who trailed at the break 28-7.

South Range 48, East Palestine 6

NORTH LIMA

Using a balanced scoring attack, the Raiders improved to 7-2, 5-1.

Phillip Arsuffi rushed for the first two touchdowns as the Raiders took a 14-0 lead after one quarter.

Then Floyd Kenney ran it in, followed by touchdowns carries by Nathan Simmons, David Buzzacco and Jake Oliver.

Alex Dickey pulled in a scoring aerial from Buzzacco and Ethan Witmer kicked six conversion points for a 48-0 lead after three periods.

“A ton of people scored from all over,” said South Range coach Dan Yagley.

“We played a lot of people.”

The Bulldogs are 2-7, 1-5.
