“November Christmas” (9 p.m., CBS): “November Christmas” might be the kind of TV flick that requires plenty of tissues. It has a small Rhode Island community rallying to create special holiday moments for a girl (Emily Alyn Lind) with a life-threatening illness. Sam Elliott, John Corbett and Sarah Paulson also star.

“Bridalplasty” (9 p.m., E!):: “Bridalplasty” is a new reality show that focuses on 12 whiny brides-to-be who compete in challenges to earn a date with a plastic surgeon before walking down the aisle.

Student art exhibit

YOUNGSTOWN

The McDonough Museum of Art on the campus of Youngstown State University will open the Fall Graduating BFA Show, an exhibition of work by students graduating this semester from the department of art, Friday with a reception from 6 to 8 p.m. The exhibit will run through Dec. 18. It features the work of Juliana Cala, Dan Centofanti, Tricia D’Avignon, Cody Duma, Cory Duma, Amy Ensley, Katy Felton, Andrew Hitchcock, Kimberly Jordan, Chris Kasmar, Zeke Luman, Michael Marvin, Mikenna McClurg, Chase McDougal, Kaitlan Quinn, Daniel Rauschenbach, Teresa Soos, Samantha Sprague and Amanda Zhelesnik.

Actors needed

Child and adult actors and models are being sought for films to be shot locally. Open calls will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and Dec. 6-8 at Lemodeln, 7536 Market St. Call 330-758-4417. Audition-goers must bring a head shot and r sum and be prepared to wait. All will do a reading. Experience is preferred but not necessary. Nonunion performers are welcome. Especially needed are character actors and twins.
