Holiday celebration to be family event

There will be something for everyone during the Christmas in Cornersburg celebration Dec. 3, 4 and 5 at at the Dairy Queen, 3555 S. Meridian Road.

Each day patrons will have the opportunity to get free gifts and bonus gift certificates and a chance to win a Christmas wreath full of prizes.

A live reindeer display is scheduled from 4 to 8 p.m. Dec. 3 and Santa is to arrive at 5 p.m. On Dec. 4 children can visit with Santa from 1 to 4, live jazz music will be played at 5 and ice sculpting will be available at 6. Rounding out the festivities on Dec. 5 will be caroling by Zion Christian Church Choir at 2 and the display of ice sculptures.
