MAHONING
Help Hotline Crisis Center Inc.: Provides crisis-intervention and suicide-prevention services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call 211, 330-747-2696 or 800-427-3606.
Turning Point Counseling Center: Offers mental-health, counseling and substance-abuse help, as well as emergency evaluations and pre-screening for adults, 330-744-2991 or 330-755-2147.
D&E Counseling Center Inc.: Similar to Turning Point, 330-793-2487.
