2-vehicle crash ties up traffic on I-680

A two-vehicle accident tied up traffic on Interstate 680 Friday afternoon, but there were no serious injuries, Youngstown police said. Police said a 28-year-old Youngstown woman driving a Ford Taurus crossed the center line as she was southbound on I-680 near the South Avenue exit. Police said her car hit a box truck driven by a 56-year-old Salem man. Police were not releasing their names Friday afternoon. The truck ended up on its side, and the car ended up on its roof alongside the highway.
