Surplus food
St. Andrewes AME Church, 521 W. Earle Ave., Youngstown, will serve lunch from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday. Various commodities also will be available for residents of ZIP code areas 44502, 44507 and 44511. Please bring identification and containers or bags.
Food-distribution notices are to be submitted by 3 p.m. the day before they are to be published.
