YOUNGSTOWN
Fire Chief John O’Neill will administer the oath to two firefighters who will be promoted to the rank of lieutenant at a ceremony at 8:30 a.m. Thursday at Fire Station No. 1 downtown.
Those being promoted are Paul Morales, a 13-year veteran, and Eli Santiago, a 24-year veteran.
