Abby Rupert and Nicholas Bruno, both of Boardman, are announcing their engagement and plans for their summer wedding.
The couple have chosen Dewald Chapel at Mount Union College for their 1:30 p.m. Aug. 14 wedding, and the Blue Wolf Banquet Center in Boardman for their evening reception. Invitations will be issued for both.
Kent and Jayne Rupert of New Springfield are parents of the bride-elect. Miss Rupert graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in business administration. She is a financial analyst with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.
Parents of the future groom are Anthony and Paula Bruno of Girard. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy from YSU and is a respiratory therapist with Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren.
