Alina MacCormack, daughter of Ken and Cindy MacCormack of Johnstown, Ohio, and Bryan O’Connell, son of Robert and Janet Toth of Hubbard, have announced their engagement and upcoming summer wedding.
Miss MacCormack graduated from Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in physics. She is employed by Chantest, a biotechnology company in Cleveland.
Mr. O’Connell also graduated from OSU, earning bachelor’s degrees in history and biology. He attends Northeastern Ohio Universities Colleges of Medicine and Pharmacy in Rootstown.
The couple have planned an open wedding for 2 p.m. July 10 at St. Rose Church, Girard. A reception by invitation will take place that evening at McMenamy’s in Niles.
