Marissa Koby and Austin Poe, both of Honolulu, were united in marriage June 19 during a ceremony that took place in Fellows Riverside Gardens, Mill Creek Park, and accepted congratulations immediately afterward at a reception in the Davis Center.

Parents of the bride are Robert and Maria Koby of Canfield, and the groom’s parents are Steve and Dawn Poe of Put-in-Bay.

The bride’s mermaid-style gown was adorned with Swarovski crystals and featured a sweetheart neckline and corset back.

Pink gowns were worn by Felicia Ciotola and Kathleen Johnson, the honor attendants, and the bridesmaids, Nichole Poe, Becki Kuns, Tricia Barr, Monique Wimberly, Julie Park and Amy Malone. The junior bridesmaid was Carly Poe.

The duties of best man were performed by Steve Poe Jr., and serving as groomsmen were Grant Kuns, Adam Miller, Zac Patrick, Robert Hawn, Ian Bostick, Robert Koby, Lester Booker and Joe Superak. Junior groomsman was Talen Johnson.

Flower girls and ring bearers were quintuplets, Olivia, Samantha, Chloe, William and Andrew Hudock,

Mrs. Poe graduated from the University of Hawaii with a master’s degree in elementary education. Mr. Poe is pursuing a doctorate in architecture from the University of Hawaii and is employed by Sasaki Associates Inc. of Boston.
