LOWELLVILLE

Michelle Ionese of Poland and Mark Templeton Jr. of Lowellville were united in marriage at a 1:30 p.m. ceremony June 26 at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church. Officiants were the Revs. Charles Poor and Daniel Yargo.

After receiving congratulations during a ceremony at the Brentford House in Hubbard, the couple left for a honeymoon in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

The bride’s parents are Joy Ionese of Poland and Michael Ionese of Columbiana. The groom’s parents are Mark and Mary Templeton of Lowellville.

The bride’s ivory gown was adorned with berry trim along the top of the strapless bodice and featured a corset back and berry trim and beading along the semicathedral train.

Wearing berry-colored gowns were Shauna Leasure, the maid of honor, and the bridesmaids, Jessica Hanlon; Rebecca Simon, the bride’s cousin; Nicole Hoff; Jennifer Templeton, the groom’s sister; and Molly Gill, the groom’s cousin. Flower girl was the groom’s niece, Morgan Templeton.

Best man was Jacob Miles, and junior best man was Steven Ruozzo, the groom’s brother. Groomsmen were Jason Lind, Robert Slaven, Jason Wilson, and David and Jason Gill, cousins of the groom. Bailey Simon, cousin of the bride, was an usher.

Mrs. Templeton graduated from Youngstown State University and earned a doctorate in physical therapy from Slippery Rock University.

Mr. Templeton earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering at YSU.
