GIRARD
A golfer at Mahoning Country Club, 710 E. Liberty St., really got into the rough Saturday afternoon. Police were called about 2:45 p.m. to the 10th green of the golf course, where a golf cart had landed in water. A golfer was driving a cart down a hill, hit some rocks and lost control, police said. The two people in the cart were not hurt.
