AARP chapter installs officers for the new year

AUSTINTOWN — AARP chapter 4339 of Austintown announces the installation of officers for 2010. Installed were Patricia Miller, president; Harriett Jones, first vice president; Anna Fear, second vice president; Sandra Crew, secretary; Sue Mayerchek, treasurer; Robert Crew, assistant treasurer. Past President Jones officiated as the installing officer.

Members of the board of directors follow: Naomi Schuller and Margaret Peters, one-year terms; Doris VandenBosch and Audrey Faust, two-year terms; and Doris Snyder and Catherine Clemens, three-year terms.

Deloris Lattera, Lillian Riley and Mary Shivley were installed to the nominations committee.

A memorial service in honor of departed members of 2009 took place.

The next board of directors meeting will be at 10:30 am. Feb. 15 at Grace Lutheran Church.
