Domestic-violence survivors' program set Sunday at East Liverpool church

EAST LIVERPOOL — Sheridan African Methodist Episcopal Church, 301 W. Ninth St., will host “From Victims To Victorious,” a domestic abuse survivors program at 4 p.m. Sunday.

Special guests include Brenda Gray-Morgan of Help Hotline and Debbie Fears, board member of Sojourner House.
