Warren Kiwanis Club officers elected by unanimous vote
WARREN — Officers who will lead the Warren Kiwanis Club through 2010 were elected unanimously at the October meeting.
Accepting the responsibility for various offices were: Mark Beard, president; Howard Agueda, president elect; Janine Byrnes, first vice president; Ken Kimble, secretary; Dennis Yurco, treasurer; and Jerri Florio, immediate past president.
Named to various terms as directors were: Don Fatobene, Greg Yurco and Dave Barran, three-year terms; Jan Vaughn and Jim Hughes, two-year terms; and Don Emerson, one-year term. The directors will have monthly business meetings with the elected officers.
Agueda is also serving as lieutenant governor for Division 25 of Ohio Kiwanis. His duties are to help establish new clubs and to help make the club experience more rewarding.
