Rogers man arrested in Wellsville for crimes committed in New Middletown


NEW MIDDLETOWN — A Rogers man, wanted on charges of felony aggravated burglary and misdemeanor theft in the village, was arrested by the Columbiana County Sheriff’s office deputies.

Village Chief Vincent D’Egidio said deputies found Jack Nalley, 25, hiding in the basement of his mother’s house in Wellsville.

Nalley is scheduled to appear Friday morning in Struthers Municipal Court.

Nalley is accused of forcing his way into his ex-girlfriend’s apartment in the village and pulling a handgun on the woman and her male companion. He also is accused of taking the woman’s cell phone and fleeing.
