YOUNGSTOWN
CCA’s Northeast Ohio Correctional Center in Youngstown has named Case Manager Jeff Dutton of Poland its Employee of the Year.
Dutton joined the center in 2004 as a correctional officer and was promoted to case manager. Dutton is responsible for the day-to-day case management needs of inmates.
The award is given to one exceptional employee at each CCA facility who has made significant contributions to the facilities operations, staff morale and the community. From among those honorees, a national Employee of the Year is selected and flown to Nashville, where CCA is based.
