Dr. Jeffrey and Annamarie (Toland) Glaser of Charlotte, N.C., are announcing the birth of a son, Luke Jeffrey, on April 16 at Carolina Medical Center-Charlotte. Grandparents of the infant are Jim and Butchie Toland of Youngstown and James and Alice Glaser of Pittsburgh.
