“The Squad: PRISON POLICE” (10 P.M., A&E): We can only hope that “The Squad: Prison Police” doesn’t feel like a life sentence. It’s a new reality series that follows eight special agents who respond to, and investigate, every major crime in the Tennessee Prison system.
