Drug abuse, paraphernalia: Police issued a summons to a 17-year-old Canfield boy to Mahoning County Juvenile Court on charges of drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia at Surrey Lane and Fairground Boulevard. A green plastic bottle with suspected marijuana residue in it and 5 grams of suspected marijuana in a plastic container were found on him.
April 17
Drug abuse, drug paraphernalia: Police arrested Dylan A. Starr, 21, of 841 Oak Knoll Ave., Warren, on charges of drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia at North Broad Street. Police found a multicolored glass pipe containing suspected marijuana residue and a plastic bag containing small amounts of suspected marijuana. Leatha Watson, 19, of 3684 Nutley Ave., Warren, also was arrested on charges of drug abuse and drug paraphernalia. Police found a multicolored glass pipe containing marijuana residue on her and a blue box with 1 gram of suspected marijuana.

Drug abuse: Police arrested Jurelle Johnson, 23, of 813 Milner Street, Alliance, on a charge of drug abuse at West Main Street. Police found a suspected marijuana cigarette.
April 20
Menacing/disorderly conduct: Police charged a 15-year-old boy at Canfield High School, 100 Cardinal Drive with delinquency by way of menacing and disorderly conduct after he reportedly harassed, bullied and made threatening statements to another male student.
