350 jobs available for Trumbul youths

The Trumbull County Department of Job and Family Services will have 350 summer jobs available for Trumbull County youths age 15 to 24 who meet income requirements.

The jobs will run from June 14 to Aug. 6 and pay up to $1,752 for the summer, which is $7.30 per hour, 30 hours per week.

Applicants must apply in person, bring all documentation and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under age 18.

Those 18 and older and not attending high school must be a custodial or noncustodial parent.

Those under 19 must be attending high school full time.

The following documentation is required: Social Security card, driver’s license or state identification card, birth certificate, proof of residence (rent receipt, letter or bill showing name and address), proof of total gross household income for the past 30 days (pay stubs, food stamps, unemployment, Social Security printout of all household members); and proof of school attendance.

Applications will be accepted at the JFS offices, 280
