Pa. police seek suspects in roadside arsons

BEAVER FALLS, Pa. (AP) — Police are searching for suspects in a rash of more than six fires that have been set along a western Pennsylvania road.

Police in North Sewickley Township say the fires along Thompson Run Road have involved trash or most recently a large tire from a farm tractor. The first of the fires happened April 14 and police say they have started to occur with more frequency.

No one has been injured and no private property has been damaged. The fires have mostly happened in the late afternoon.

North Sewickley Township Police are asking people to contact them if they know anything about the fires or see anyone in the area acting suspiciously.
