Emmanuel Community Care Center will have its sixth “Fine Art of Caring” fund-raiser dinner and auction at 6 p.m. Saturday at Mount Carmel Social Hall, 343 Via Mount Carmel. Among the auction items will be two tickets to the Elton John Concert on May 1 at the Covelli Centre in Youngstown.
