CLINTON — The engagement of Anne Cecile Conkle, 1211 N. LaSalle, Chicago, and Jos Luis Hernandez, 1716 N. Narragansett, Chicago, is being announced.
Parents of the bride-elect are Dave and Nancy Walkosak-Fulton, 5790 Lyric Drive, formerly of Boardman, and Doug and Linda Conkle of Sante Fe, N.M. The future groom is a son of Benjamin and Juana Hernandez of Chicago.
The couple have planned a wedding for 5 p.m. Oct. 30 at Capilla de la Paz and a reception later that day at the Grand Hotel Acapulco, both in Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico, Invitations will be issued for the events. A postnuptial reception will be Nov. 6 at Guy’s Party Center in Akron.
Miss Conkle graduated from the Ohio State University in Columbus with a bachelor’s degree in radiology technology. She is employed in interventional radiology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago.
Mr. Hernandez is employed in the service department of Honda of America, and by Keller Williams Realty of Chicago. He graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute in Chicago.
