Hubbard 25-25-25, Brookfield 19-11-6

HUBBARD — Marcy Angelo became the third Hubbard High volleyball player to top 1,000 for her career. Angelo had 29 assists to give her 1,005 in the Eagles’ win. Katy Jo Mroski (1,200 points) and Lauren Ferguson (1,000 assists) were the other Eagles to reach the milestone. Angelo also scored 16 points with four aces. Also for Hubbard (7-0), Jackie Carlisle had 15 kills and Lexi Starheim made six blocks. For the Warriors (3-6), Ashley Swezey made 10 kills, Tori Thompson had 25 assists and Brook Hansley made 17 digs. JVs: Hubbard, 25-6, 25-8.

Salem 25-25-25, Liberty 10-9-7

SALEM — Amy Scullion had two aces and 14 kills to lead Salem (7-0). Mariah Halleck added six kills and Olivia Mitchley five to support the Quakers. JVs: Salem, 25-5, 25-19.

Girard 25-21-25-25, Champion 15-25-22-12

GIRARD — Alex Doran scored 17 points with four aces for Girard (6-4). Nicole Mazella made eight kills and 14 digs and made four aces. Lindsay Crown had seven kills and seven blocks while Morgan Walters made 18 assists. For the Golden Flashes (5-3), Jessica Nicholas made nine kills and nine blocks while Megan Frantz had 15 assists and eight points. LeAnn Thompson made 10 digs and scored two aces while Lindsay Swipas had nine kills, Sierra Blackson two blocks and Leah Nicholas eight points.

JVs: Girard won, 2-1.

Poland 23-25-28-23-15, Beaver Local 25-23-26-25-11

POLAND — Lauren Tadla made 17 kills and six blocks for the Bulldogs (4-3, 2-3 AAC Red). Leanna Yeager scored 10 aces and made 10 kills, 10 digs and 12 blocks. Amanda Molaskey made 11 digs, seven kills and 44 assists while Alexis Hertz scored four aces and made 22 digs. For Beaver Local, Lexi Stele scored 13 points with three aces and made 14 kills and three blocks. Michela Nicholson scored 13 points with five aces and made 15 assists, 11 kills and two blocks. JVs: Beaver Local, 25-22, 25-20.

Canfield 25-28-25, Howland 19-26-23

HOWLAND — Cara Cupler had 26 assists, six digs, two kills and two aces. Mary Kate Andrews had nine kills and three digs. Sabriana Mangapora had 11 kills, four digs and two aces. Kellie Kesner had 18 digs and two aces for Canfield. For Howland, Nia Grant had 23 points, five points and seven digs. Kaylee Redon had 11 points, seven aces and seven digs while Sasha Mason had 12 points and 34 assists.

LaBrae 25-25-25, Newton Falls 18-20-19

NEWTON FALLS — Courtney Aldridge had 16 kills, 13 digs and four blocks for the Vikings (6-4, 5-0 AAC Blue). Olivia Wood scored nine points with three aces while Leah Fumerola made 17 assists. For the Tigers (1-8, 1-5), Destiny Prusky made 15 kills and two blocks, and scored 12 points. Tori Milani had three blocks and 12 digs while Brooke Runta scored three aces.

Mooney 25-25-24-25, Warren Harding 15-13-26-14

WARREN — Dina Daltorio had 26 digs while Chyna Davis made 10 kills for the Cardinals. Dominique Zordich had 10 kills, 25 digs and three aces while Christine Pelini made six kills, 13 digs and 23 assists. For the Raiders (4-5), Creelynn Provitt scored 13 points and made 20 assists. Ronisha Howard scored 12 points with three aces and made four kills. Tavia Dukes had three aces, four kills and 11 digs while Brittany Rumple made 12 digs and three kills. Elizabeth Hall had 16 assists and 11 digs while Ja’Quana Threats scored four aces. JVs: Mooney won.

Springfield 25-25-25, South Range 18-13-14

NORTH LIMA — Brooke Shriver made 13 kills and scored 10 points for the Tigers (8-1, 6-0 Inter Tri-County League Tier One). Callie Rogers had eight kills and 29 assists, and scored 11 points with four aces. Ashley Davis scored 14 points with four aces and made nine kills and 13 digs. Catherine Evan made three blocks. For the Raiders (2-8, 1-5), Patty Schuster made eight kills and three blocks. Sarah Sauerwein made nine digs while Toni Geffert had six assists and six points. JVs: South Range, 25-17, 20-25, 25-23.

Mineral Ridge 30-25-25, United 28-17-18

MINERAL RIDGE — Jaclyn Cupp and Katie Fife each had 12 blocks and Megan Ben had 10 kills to lead the Rams (8-2, 6-0 ITCL1). For United (5-4, 3-3), Hillary Hoppel had 10 kills, Lauren Rockhold had five blocks and Rachel Sell had 34 assists. JVs: United won.

East Palestine 25-25-25, Crestview 14-6-15

EAST PALESTINE — Emily Sansenbaugher recorded 17 kills, four points and five block. Emily Noel 14 points, four kills and five blocks to spearhead East Palestine (7-3, 3-3 ITCL1). Emily Stewart 34 assists and nine points, Kali George 13 kills and Paige Peterson 15 points to aid the Bulldogs. For Crestview (1-8, 0-6), Morgan Newbauer had 16 assists, Sarah VanFossen had 15 digs and Shanelle Davner had four kills and two blocks. JVs: East Palestine, 25-22, 23-25, 25-10.

Jackson-Milton 25-25-25, Southern Local 15-22-16

SALINEVILLE — Amanda Miller had 19 points, 17 attacks and 12 digs. Caitlin Keck had eight kills and five points and Karyn Moskarinec had nine points, 12 attacks, 10 digs, six kills and a block for Jackson-Milton (7-3, 4-1 ITCL2). For Southern Local, Brittany Madison had nine points, three kills and one ace while Carly Warnock had three points, two aces and four assists. JVs: Jackson-Milton 25-20, 26-24.

Sebring 25-25-25, Lowellville 18-16-14

SEBRING — Emily Dickens had 13 points, five aces, two kills, 33 sets and nine assists. Maggie Householder six points, 33 sets, eight assists and two kills to spark Sebring (1-7, 1-3 ITCL2).Taylor Ward added 13 points, 21 hits and seven kills while Leah Papic seven points to help the Trojans. For Lowellville (2-6, 0-5), Cori Pavliko had seven points and two aces while Jen Lee had 12 digs. JVs: Sebring, 22-25, 25-8, 25-12.

East 25-25-25, Yo. Christian 13-13-18

YOUNGSTOWN — Alexandra Hines had eight kills, four aces and two blocks; Rashayla Taylor had five kills and three aces’ and Bethany Hines had six aces and nine assists for East (2-4). Jessica Donlon had five kills, Summer Lucky had four kills, Shanell Harris had four kills and Megan Tayman had 13 assists for Youngstown Christian. JVs: East, 25-20, 25-15.

Lordstown 25-25-25, Maplewood 17-11-14

CORTLAND — Kaitlynne Cassidy had 24 points and five aces to lead Lordstown (7-1, 6-0 Northeast Athletic Conference). Kayla Luzabber had six kills, Heather Darocha eight digs, Chelsea Moherman 15 assists Katie Bellay three blocks to reinforce the Red Devils. JVs: Maplewood, 25-21, 12-25, 28-26.
