Liberty Township to conduct scrap-tire collection next weekend

LIBERTY — Liberty Township, through a grant from Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste Management District, will conduct its annual scrap-tire collection.

The program is a drop-off collection from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. next Saturday and Sept. 13.

No tires will be accepted before or after these dates. There is a limit of eight tires per residence. Tires must be off rims. Passenger car and light truck tires only. Residents can bring their scrap tires to the township administration building, 1315 Church Hill-Hubbard Road.
