Provider: Youngstown City Health District. H1N1 vaccine for those recommended in tier 1 only.

Nov. 12: 9 a.m. to noon, Jewish Community Center, 505 Gypsy Lane, Youngstown.

Provider: Youngstown city schools, in conjunction with the Youngstown City Health District, will have a series of H1N1 flu-inoculation clinics over the next several weeks. The clinics will serve only students in the city schools, and a parent or guardian must be present to sign for those receiving treatment. Both injection and nasal-spray inoculations will be available.

Monday: 1 to 6 p.m., Choffin Career and Technical Center, for students from the North and East sides of town; Nov. 9: 1 to 6 p.m., Chaney High School, for students on the West Side of town; Nov.18: 1 to 6 p.m., Taft Elementary School, for students living on the South Side of the city.

Provider: Senior Independence Senior Center, 1110 Fifth Ave., Youngstown, between Stambaugh Auditorium and Park Vista Retirement Community. Bring your Medicare card and any supplemental insurance cards you may have. There is an inital charge of $33, which will be reimbursed by your supplemental insurance carriers. (330) 744-5071.

Trumbull County

Provider: Maxim Healthcare Services. No co-pay with Medicare Part B, Aetna, Summa Care, Wellcare, The Health Plan, Humana Gold Choice of Ohio, Advantra Freedom. Please bring Medicare Part B and/or insurance cards if applicable. Flu shots, $25; pneumonia, $35.

Nov. 7: 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., St. Patrick Church basement, 357 N. Main St., Hubbard.

Provider: Warren City Health Department, 418 Main Ave. S.W., Warren. Free H1N1 intranasal (live vaccine). The Ohio Department of Health has a toll-free H1N1 information line available to answer questions from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday at (866) 800-1404.

Provider: Warren City Health Department, 418 Main Ave. S.W., free 2009 H1N1 intranasal (live vaccine) influenza clinic for healthy children ages 2-18. Children must be well and not have any chronic illness such as asthma, sickle cell disease, heart disease etc. Children who have had an MMR, varicella (chickenpox), or the seasonal FluMist less than four weeks ago, may not be eligible for this vaccine. Wednesday: 3 to 6 p.m.

Provider: Niles City Health Department, H1N1 to pregnant women, caregivers of infants under 6 months, health-care workers with direct-patient care, children and young adults 6 months to 24 years; people age 25 to 64 with medical conditions.
