YOUNGSTOWN — Mahoning County Treasurer Lisa Antonini is making her final appeal to land owners who have not paid taxes in full this year: Request a payment plan immediately to avoid legal action against your property.
Certified letters to owners of tax-delinquent properties will be mailed over the next few days. The letters notify owners of possible legal action on their property and additional fees that are being assessed for overdue payments.
