WARREN — Trumbull Art Gallery Fundraiser, “Fashion is Art,” will take place from 5-8 p.m. Saturday at the gallery, 198 E. Market St. The evening will feature champagne, food, and fashion with international flair, as well as live entertainment by balladeer Julios Veal.
