Mahoning County indictments

Lexter Williams, 29, of the Mahoning County jail or Kendis Circle, and James D. Williams, 19, of Randolph Street, both Youngstown, three counts of aggravated robbery, two counts of aggravated burglary, four counts of kidnapping and rape, all with a specification that a firearm was used. Lexter also is charged with illegal-weapon possession.

Tamika Jones, 26, of Kendis Circle, Youngstown, illegal possession of a weapon, receiving stolen property and unlawful possession of dangerous ordnance (a sawed-off shotgun).

Cheryl B. Grossberger, 58, Miro C. Zuti, 29, and Richard S. Zuti, 71, all of Euclid Boulevard, failure to confine or restrain a vicious dog.

Aimee E. Wolanzyk, 39, of Herner County Line, Southington, misuse of a credit card.

Jermaine Watson, 31, of the Mahoning County jail or South Truesdale Avenue, Youngstown, two counts of aggravated robbery with the specification that a firearm was used.

Walter Kornegay, 24, of Catalina Avenue, Youngstown, two counts of theft.

David Vasvari, 32, of South Glenellen Avenue, and Symeon K. Bankston, 28, of the Mahoning County jail or East Florida Avenue, both Youngstown, tampering with evidence and possession of heroin with a forfeiture specification.

Amoni A. Jones, 38, of Crandall Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine.

Sandor Gasior, 23, of Manhattan Avenue, Youngstown, two counts of menacing by stalking.

Anthony Fossaceca, 32, of the Mahoning County jail or Willowcrest Drive, Austintown, and Vernon Baudin, 34, of Bristolville, attempted theft and possessing criminal tools.

Michelle J. Burton, 37, of Mahoning Avenue, Austintown, receiving stolen property and forgery.

Brandon Brown, 25, of South Schenley Avenue, Youngstown, illegal-weapons possession, aggravated tracking in marijuana with a forfeiture specification and improper handling of a firearm while in a vehicle.

Jones, 21, of South Jackson Street, and Johnathan Dent, 18, of the Mahoning County jail or East Lucius Avenue, both Youngstown, illegal-weapon possession, three counts of carrying concealed weapons, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and possession of a dangerous drug with a forfeiture specification.
