Landmark Warren restaurant franchise coming to Austintown

AUSTINTOWN — The Sunrise Inn, a landmark Warren restaurant, is expanding into Mahoning County.

A franchisee of the restaurant plans to open a Sunrise Inn Express in the former Waffle House at 5205 Mahoinng Ave. during the first two weeks of November.

The location will feature carry-out pizza, wings, sandwiches and other food. It will have seating for 20 to 30 people, but it will not be a full-service restaurant.
