BOARDMAN — Paving will resume Tuesday on South Avenue from Mathews Road to Presidential Drive, says a press release from the Mahoning County Engineer’s office.
The paving will continue the next three or four days, weather permitting, and the engineer’s office urges motorists to avoid the road and its access streets by finding alternative routes. If motorists must travel that stretch of South Avenue, expect long delays, said Engineer Richard Marsico.
