Mayor Jay Williams debates Issue 3 in Cleveland on Monday

CLEVELAND — Mayor Jay Williams of Youngstown will take on Dan Gilbert, chairman and founder of Quicken Loans and owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers, in a debate over Issue 3 at the City Club of Cleveland on Monday.

Williams is a strong opponent of the proposed constitutional amendment that would allow the development of four casinos in the state. Gilbert supports Issue 3.
