DECEMBER PUBLIC LIBRARY SCHEDULE

The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County’s Business and Investment Center is celebrating 85 years of serving the business community during the week of Dec. 7-12. During that week, the public and business community are invited to visit the center, tour and learn more about business resources. Specialized services to the area’s business community began in 1924 when Main Library’s Reference Department offered what was then termed “technical services” to this community. The Business and Investment Center provides information on business start-up, management issues, demographic data, sources of products and services, marketing strategies and the all-important expansion of your customer base. The public and business community are invited to visit the Business and Investment Center the week of Dec. 7 for an individual tour, a tour for business staff, or a tour for stock clubs. Call Hannah Moses (330) 744-8636, ext. 157, or Michele Mellor (330) 744-8636, ext. 159, to schedule.
