EAST LIVERPOOL — Exchanging marriage vows at 4:30 p.m. May 2 at First United Methodist Church were Melissa Zelina and Ryan Stenger.

The Rev. Dale Sutton officiated for the daughter of Debra and George Zelina of Poland, and son of Michael and Connie Stenger and Beth Barnes, all of East Liverpool.

Antone’s Banquet Centre in Boardman was the setting for a reception afterward, and the couple spent their honeymoon in Maui, Hawaii. They live in Columbus.

The bride’s strapless gown featured a beaded bodice, and a sheer trimmed overlay enhanced the skirt and train.

Mandy Sinchak was matron of honor, and Lisa Gourley was maid of honor. They wore platinum gowns, as did the bridesmaids, Christina and Gina Bilyk, the bride’s cousins; Paige Emmerling, the groom’s sister; Becki Zevkovich; and Allyson Gally. The bride’s cousin Julia Castellano was flower girl.

Best man was the groom’s brother, Christopher Sanford, and groomsmen were Brian Hamilton, Ryan Sheppard, Chuck Blasdel, Mike Parkes Jr., Joe Price and the bride’s brother, Matthew Zelina. Nathan Sinchak and the groom’s nephew, Connor Durbin, were ring bearers.

Mrs. Stenger graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is an analyst with Exel Logistics in Columbus.

The groom attended Ohio State University and is president of Ohio Political Network in Columbus.
